www.Moraca.eu will sponsor one spot at this years BJJ camp in Montenegro, it will give you access to one week of training and accommodation in Moraca Jiu Jitsu house, which is located on the Mediterranean coast in Montenegro. If you want to travel, but still be able to train BJJ, then you have a good reason to enter the competition, all you have to do is register and pay the registration fee for Danish Open before the end of the early bird ends. Early bird ends march 4th 2017

This year we used a new systems and we had some problems the first day. But we fix most of the problems by the next day. Next year it will be better.

Danish Open 2016 Brackets

Danish Open 2016 Brackets

Here is a quick guide to find when you’re going to fight.

  1. Find your bracket
    For Danish Open BJJ click here
    For Danish Open No-Gi click here
  2. See what number your first fight has
    Round-Robin
    Round Robin brackets for kids
    Bracket
    Single elemination brackets for 16 years and up
  3. Check what mat that you’re going to fight on
  4. Go to the Fight Queue and find your first fight

  5. The start time can change if the fights finish faster than the regulated fight time
  6. Be at the event 1 hour before you have your first fight
  7. The weigh in is right before your first fight. There are no set time for the weigh in. When they call up your name, they will check your gi and you will weigh in.

Remember that signup for Open Class is online, by logging into your account. The sign up will open up on the day of the event! You can read how to signup here.

No-GI Jiu-Jitsu Uniform Requirements

For all of you competing in Danish Open No-Gi

Men:

Board shorts, primarily black, white or black with white and with up to 50% of their rank color (belt), with no pockets or with pockets entirely stitched shut, and must reach at least halfway down the thigh (no more than 15 cm from the knee). Attached metal or plastic of any kind that may hurt the opponent is expressly forbidden on the board shorts.

Men are permitted the use of pants, shorts or trunks of elastic fabric (clings to body), as long as they are the color black and worn under the regulation shorts.

Shirt of elastic fabric (clings to body) at a length that covers the shorts’ waist band, of black, white or black and white color, and displaying at least 10% of the color of the rank (belt) to which the athlete belongs. Shirts that are 100% the color of the rank (belt) the athlete belongs to are also acceptable.

Athletes must wear undergarments. The use of thong-type undergarments is not permitted; only brief-type undergarments may be worn.

Women:

As you can see on the picture, just clik on the name of the competition that you want to change.

If you never received a receipt, click the Send receipt link.
